The RAE/LAE/NEA believe public schools can work. A quality education must be accessible to every child. Today we have more research, more strategies, and more real-life experiences than ever that tell us how to make a measurable difference for students and staff in all schools. Explore what our associations have to offer to create "great public schools for every child."
Our MissionThe purpose of the Association shall be to advance public education in Rapides Parish; to advance the standards and working conditions of the education profession; and to defend and protect the human and civil rights of all members.
Association ProfileThe RAE headquarters, located in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, is governed by the constitution and bylaws and such action as the executive council of the Association may take consistent therewith. The RAE is an affiliate of the Louisiana Association of Educators and the National Education Association. Officers/Executive Council: Melissa W.
